Dr. Mike Bucknell, owner of Liberation Chiropractic, expressed hesitation and concern at the beginning of this project. He explained that other digital technology companies would seldom keep promises or deliver on services. To build trust, we divided the project into three phases and obtained his input throughout the process. Our task was to build a responsive website that would feature video feeds, podcasts and interactive prompts. The site conveys credibility and invites multiple click and page viewing. Patients can even fill out and submit custom online forms. The site is built to load items quickly and update easily. Ultimately, the client is happy, and we earned his trust.
